Rita represented us on our latest home purchase. We had tried working with a few other agents prior to finding her and Rita stood out in many ways: she encouraged us to pass on bad deals (this was when the market was peaking), though this meant more work and hunting for her. She was thoughtful about analyzing each property’s ability to hold value, which she knew mattered to us as we may not be here for more than 5 years. She also has a very warm personality and sense of humor which goes a long way in such a stressful process. Highly recommend.
