From Escrow To Close

If all parties are agreeable and the contract is officially ratified, you are in escrow. At this time, a number of additional parties become involved including the representing agent for the respective seller, the associated lender, the chosen title company, an appraiser, and a dedicated transaction coordinator.

Rita provides guidance and sets clear timelines for payments, appraisals, potential inspections, final walkthrough, and sign-off. Similarly to the search process, she takes it upon herself to do the heavy lifting for her clients in an effort to safeguard a smooth transaction and minimize client stress. That said, in the event of something unforeseen occurring, she is fast to act in order to bring about the desired outcome.

When the title company confirms that you are officially on record with the county, you receive your keys and begin this next exciting chapter of your life. However, Rita remains a resource for all things real estate and is happy to provide vendor recommendations and answer any and all questions that may arise with your new home.

Rita aims to create long-term relationships with her clients and values quality over quantity.
